Student Services

Senior Next Year?

All students entering 12th grade should have had two (2) Meningococcal vaccinations
to help protect your child and others from vaccine-preventable diseases.

Under Idaho Code 39-4802, parents or guardians may be granted a medical, religious or personal exemption for their children. For more information, review Immunization Requirements for Idaho School Children.

Please review your student's immunization status with your health care provider to ensure that your student is up to date on immunizations . Immunizations should be completed prior to school start, and a copy submitted to the school nurse. If you have any questions, please contact the school nurse.

Your student can receive these vaccines while on campus from the St. Luke's mobile unit which is on campus every Tuesday. For any inquiries, please contact pediatricmobileclinic@slhs.org.

Another option would be the Immunization Clinic

Boise School District is partnering with the State of Idaho Immunization Program and Central District Health Department to provide immunization resources and information. The Central District Health Department Immunization clinic is open by appointment only on the following schedule:

Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
