I attended the College of Idaho - obtaining a BS in Biology and Education.  I returned to the College of Idaho and received my M.Ed in School Couseling.  I taught for many years at BK in Boise but chose to make a change to Frank Church when the school opened in 2008.  The attraction to teaching as a career, is the challenge of teaching and motivating students; demonstrating and encouraging every student that they are capable of learning. I just happen to use the content of Science to teach and model the skills necessary for successful learning.  Biology being the study of life makes it interesting and applicable to all learners.
